Children of this age show a lot of patience with their own baby sisters or baby brothers. It’s always surprising to me. It shows so much self-confidence. And she is not really thinking about it. Any awesome kids video shows that these kids are just doing what they feel to do. It usually shows love in a big way. As well as showing the adults that they know what they are doing. She is only 6 going 7 years of age and there she is helping her sister to put on her sleepwear. Those sleepers are not so easy after all.
This awesome kids video is all about fishes. Children love to watch videos in general. But imagine the joy of watching your own pet fish. It is not only a joy but a learning experience as they see how the fish behaves in their tank. Also they get to feed their own fish. Just give them a small amount!! They hear that every day. It’s only natural that they feel it’s okay to give them a lot especially as it is their own pet.

I don’t think we can say too much about the enormous growth in self-confidence when preschoolers go through this 4-8 year old stage. Someone asked what does awesome mean in the title to my book Kids feel awesome about themselves when they realize that they can do what they want to do. In other words as Montessori teaches they will feel they can cut up vegetables in the kitchen on their own. Or they can clean their teeth properly on their own. This is all about building self-confidence and authority. This gives some adults a hard time to deal with. Din’t worry it’s all a part of growing up responsibly. As long as the adult is there and hearing that what the children are saying is real….Success!! A positive sense of self and a great self-concept.
