The Magical Christmas Festival is a special celebration Up North in Canada. We made it into a book!!
I think we need to revert to the original thinking behind Christmas. Okay, I know it’s not Christ’s Earthday …..But we use it to force the world to make a special day which becomes even clearer as we near Easter.
Although commercialized, it brings together peoples from all over the world. The focus is on showing love for one another, whether it be a meal or food-basket or visiting or whatever it takes.
WHY CHRISTMAS?
Since this day commemorates the birth of Christ, it makes us think about what was his message. It was one of Love; Forgiveness; Digging for a deeper understanding of life.
So, off we go to Church to show off our latest outfits and sing the well-known hymns of years ago. Many of us go so far as to have a false Christmas tree with lights and false snow. All in a country with no snow or freezing cold winter!
My granddaughter was born in a cold climate, in Canada, and this excuses her emphasis on a winter with all the trappings. Up North we can see the Aurora Borealis, the Northern Lights, spreading across the sky with luminescent particles in the air moving north and south due to the magnetism of the poles.

She created Tweet Tweet, an awesome little pink penguin who goes to the Magical Christmas Festival with all the penguins of Penguin World. So much food, games and flying competitions. Fun for all!
We made it into a book so you can enjoy it with kids, family, and friends. For 6-9 year old kids the world over, it’s a Christmas Celebration Up North.
