Not a big girl yet! There is still time for lots of hugs and kisses. We don’t need to enforce that wake-up time except when we need it. I find our children tend to get up at a regular time though so they keep you in check. They like order, do not like chaos.Feeling awesome means feeling confident. How do we know. Well they are not afraid to turn to you and ask you a question. What, where, How come? But the trick is you have to answer them with a real reposnse. Not just beccause… Give them an answer. For example, why do you cry when we leave the cottage Mom? Because I remember your GrandAunt, Lana. She was like a star in the night, always shining.. You would be surprised how much comfort a 4 year old can give you (boys and girls) and how good they feel about giving you. Give them a chance and you will find out.
This is all part of nurturing , caring for our children in a strong family setting. It works every time!
